Are you interested in having a peer observation of your teaching conducted this semester or are you interested in becoming a peer observer?

The Centre for Teaching and Learning’s Peer Observation of Teaching Program is intended to provide instructors with formative, non-judgmental feedback. Our peer observation process is grounded in appreciative inquiry. As such, we want to celebrate the best of instructors’ successes and build upon their strengths with targeted, actionable, and research-informed support. The process is friendly, collegial, and confidential.

Attend one of our information sessions to learn more about the process, including what to expect and how you can request a peer observation of teaching. You will also learn how you can train to become a peer observer.
