The Teaching Essentials Institute is a 3.5-day interactive program designed for instructors who are new to teaching, returning after a break or looking to strengthen their foundational skills.

Together we will prepare for your first day of class, refine your assessments, plan lessons that align with your course schedule, and explore practical ways to engage students and make learning come alive. We will also explore how AI can enhance student learning and support your teaching practice.

Throughout the institute, you will reflect on your teaching values, build on your strengths, and connect with colleagues in a supportive learning community. Join us to deepen your practice and step into the classroom with clarity, confidence and purpose. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate.
