The Pathways to Exemplary Teaching and Leadership (PETL) is the Centre for Teaching and Learning’s (CTL) professional development certificate.

This flexible program is designed to support faculty at all stages of their careers with personalized, self-directed learning opportunities. Developed through a collaborative pilot with faculty and chairs, the certificate focuses on deep reflection, meaningful growth and tailored engagement with CTL programs and services.
