Did you know you can also send eCards in Kudos?

Whether you’re celebrating a team win, recognizing a major life event, or just want to make a colleague smile on their birthday, eCards are perfect for those moments that call for something a little more –  delivered straight to their inbox!

It’s really easy to do:

  1. Click on the eCards tab on the left side of the Kudos mainpage
  2. Click the blue button to “Create an eCard”
  3. Add a recipient
  4. Select the desired delivery date
  5. Give your card a title
  6. Fill in a brief eCard Introduction message
  7. Select the perfect background
  8. Continue to step two
  9. Add any team members or departments you’d like to have sign the eCard
  10. Your location should auto load
  11. Add any additional individuals you would like to have sign and contribute to the card
  12. Continue to step three – this brings you to a recap of what you submitted and what to expect next. You can also preview the card from this step as well
