As you know, we have been piloting Kudos – a recognition platform that makes it easy (and fun!) to celebrate one another. Kudos allows managers, faculty and staff to send and receive appreciation, highlight great work and strengthen our sense of community.

How to participate:
Complete these three tasks in Kudos before July 11:
- Activate your Kudos account (if you haven’t already).
- Send at least four recognition messages to colleagues during the month of June.
- K+, comment on, or react to eight recognition messages.
Bonus team prize!
The team with the highest participation rate by the end of June will receive a special team reward – so rally your colleagues!
Winners will be announced mid-July.
