Access Closures on 104 Avenue at 106 Street
On or around June 23, 2025, Marigold Infrastructure Partner crews will be starting drainage and roadworks on the north side of 104 Avenue at 106 Street.
To accommodate this work, access to/from 104 Avenue from the north side of 106 Street will be closed. Access to/from 104 Avenue from the north side of 107 Street is currently closed; however, access will be provided at 108 Street. Traffic in the area has been shifted south and reduced to one lane in either direction. Turn movements will be maintained where access permits.
Pedestrian access will be maintained; however, detours are in place. Please follow project wayfinding signage in the area.
This work will occur during daytime hours (7 a.m. – 9 p.m., Monday – Saturday, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m., Sundays) and is expected to last eight weeks.
104 Avenue at 106 Street
To accommodate this work, the public will be impacted in the following areas:
Drivers:
- Access to/from 104 Avenue from the north side of 106 Street will be closed.
- Access to/from 104 Avenue from the north side of 107 Street is currently closed.
- Vehicle access to MacEwan University will be maintained at 108 Street. • Traffic on 104 Avenue between 105 Street and 111 Street has been shifted south.
- Traffic on 104 Avenue between 105 Street and 121 Street has been reduced to one lane in either direction.
- Turn movements will be maintained where access permits.
Pedestrians:
- Pedestrian traffic will be maintained; however, detours are in place.
- Please observe all project wayfinding signage in the area.
Other impacts:
- Construction will occur during daytime hours (7 a.m. – 9 p.m. , Monday – Saturday, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m., Sundays).
- There will be noise associated with this work. Every effort will be made to reduce the impact to the public.

- This work is expected to last eight weeks.
