Mental Health Week is a campus-wide initiative that aims to raise awareness, build connections, foster a supportive campus and teach new skills related to all things mental health and well-being. Mental Health Week will occur on campus from January 19-23, 2026.
The planning group is seeking campus collaborators, whether you are a staff or faculty member. We seek folks interested in helping plan, implement and evaluate the week’s offerings.
Planning meetings are scheduled for:
- July 16, 1-2:30 p.m. | Initial planning meeting (visioning)
- August 5, 10:30 a.m.-12 p.m. | Idea jamming (programming)
- September 10, 1-2:30 p.m. | Programming discussion
- September 29, 10-11:30 a.m. | Programming discussion
- October 16, 9:30-11 a.m. | Programming discussion
- November 3, 1-2:30 p.m. | Programming discussion
- November 28, 9-10:30 a.m. | Programming discussion
- January 6, 1-3 p.m. | Final check-in and supply pick-up
- January 29, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. | Debrief meeting
