We’re currently looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with two key events that celebrate and support our graduating class of 2025:

  • 🎉 Convocation Kick-Off Event
    June 11 and 12 | Building 7, MacEwan University
    Help welcome our grads back to campus as they pick up their gowns and tickets, take photos with loved ones, and enjoy fun booths and activities hosted across campus. It’s a high-energy, feel-good event that sets the tone for an unforgettable convocation week.
  • 🎓 Convocation Ceremonies
    June 17, 18 and 19 | Winspear Centre for Music
    Join us downtown for MacEwan University’s largest celebration of the year! Volunteers play a vital role in making sure everything runs smoothly — from greeting guests to supporting behind the scenes — and you’ll have a front-row seat to one of the most inspiring milestones in our students’ lives.

Whether you’ve volunteered before or this will be your first time, this is a rewarding way to support our students, connect with colleagues across campus, and celebrate all the hard work that led to this incredible moment.
