Are you interested in having a peer observation of your teaching conducted in the fall or are you interested in becoming a peer observer?
The Centre for Teaching and Learning’s Peer Observation of Teaching Program is intended to provide instructors with formative, non-judgmental feedback. Our peer observation process is grounded in appreciative inquiry. As such, we want to celebrate the best of what is building upon instructors’ successes and strengths while providing targeted, actionable and research-informed support. The process is friendly, collegial and confidential.
Attend this session to learn more about the process, including what to expect and how you can request a peer observation of teaching. You will also learn how you can train to become a peer observer.
NOTE: This session is offered online via Kaltura.
