Faculty instructors interested in incorporating Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) into their Fall 2025 courses are invited to submit their interest by June 30. Submitting interest by the deadline will allow the WIL team to support instructors in securing relevant community partners.

The process is simple: submit your expression of interest along with the current or past course outline (or 3-4 key learning objectives for the course) by the deadline. A dedicated WIL specialist will work with you to review your course learning objectives, identifying those best suited for workplace-integrated projects and translate them into tasks and deliverables that organizations will recognize and reflect in related project descriptions or postings.

Following this, the WIL specialist will create a detailed Request for Proposals (RFP). Our community partnership developers will distribute these RFPs to their network of community partners, developing new partnerships where needed. Partners will submit detailed project proposals, and suitable projects will be found and presented to you for your course.

Submit your interest today and help your students gain meaningful, hands-on experience!
