As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the Teams meeting experience, Teams Premium is available by request for staff and faculty who require it for their role.

Teams Premium can elevate your meeting experiences by providing:

  • AI-driven intelligence enhancements such as meeting transcriptions and summaries, follow-up action items and live translations.
  • Advanced meeting controls, including restricting who can record, controlling participant access and enforcing stricter meeting settings.

These licenses will be provided by MacEwan’s ITS department at no departmental cost and will be provisioned after a request is made through a JIRA request form.
