It is now more important than ever to have your location up to date, awareness means safety and security. This information is used for the delivery of mail and parcels, when requesting work to be done, as well as by Security Services in the event of emergencies on campus.
Department administrative staff should be updating this when new staff are hired or when staff leave MacEwan in order to ensure the information contained within is as accurate as possible.

For phone number updates, please update your ‘business’ phone number in PeopleSoft Self Service.
For location, visit the Staff Directory (Read Only) view in Facilities Information Management System (FIMS) and search your name to determine your current location in the system. FIMS can be found in myportal>Department>Facilities> Need to check or update your location in FIMS? Click here
