Starting on Monday, March 3, internal departments can request space on campus for conference-related, performance and event activities for Fall 2025 and Winter 2026 (Sept. to Apr.). Get your bookings in early, as space fills up fast.
Submit your room booking requests using the Room Booking System on the Portal or contact Conference and Event Services directly to help select the perfect venue for your event. We can help with venue selection, floor plans, AV Services and share our expertise to hold the best event on campus.
