Start your new year off strong with a week of FREE fitness classes!

From January 6–10, Sport and Wellness is offering free lunchtime sessions to give you an opportunity to sample our programs and find your new favourite way to move.

Classes run from 12:05–12:50 p.m. No pre-registration is required, but space is limited, so mark your calendar and arrive early to secure your spot!

Here’s the lineup:

  • Monday, January 6: Zumba
    High-energy, Latin-inspired workout.
    Location: Aerobic Studio | Max Participants: 25
  • Tuesday, January 7: Barre
    Sculpt, tone, and stretch in this ballet-inspired class.
    Location: MindBody Studio | Max Participants: 20
  • Wednesday, January 8: Cardio Box
    Punch, jab, and kick your way to a stronger you.
    Location: MindBody Studio | Max Participants: 15
  • Thursday, January 9: Train Like an Athlete
    Strength and conditioning to push your limits.
    Location: High Performance Studio | Max Participants: 12
  • Friday, January 10: iRest Yoga Nidra®
    A deeply relaxing and restorative yoga session.
    Location: Aerobic Studio | Max Participants: 20
