Attend the online teach-in “Understanding Alberta’s New Anti-2SLGBTQ+ Laws” organized by Dr. JJ Wright’s Queer Joy Lab (MacEwan University), Florence Ashley (University of Alberta), and the Centre for Sexual and Gender Diversity at MacEwan University.

This teach-in invites you to hear from experts about what these new laws involve and their impacts. Discussion will include conversation related but not limited to: sex education, ‘parental rights,’ trans participation in sport, gender-affirming health care and the unique implications of the laws on Two Spirit youth. The webinar will feature a panel discussion and Q&A.
