The Room Booking System (RBS) that supports students, faculty and staff will be undergoing an upgrade during the Reading Week break (November 9-17). The upgrade includes an upgrade of the software (from version 2021 to 2024).

During this time, the room booking system, as well as the web scheduling module, will be unavailable. No online bookings are possible from November 9-17. This includes all student spaces (including Allard Hall and library breakout rooms) as well as casual bookings for classrooms and computer labs.

In advance of this upgrade, the scheduling office recommends that you make all bookings for the week of November 12-15 as early as possible. Users will have access to the room booking system until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, November 8.

If bookings are required during the week, please contact the following areas:

  • Library (for all student breakout rooms)
  • Scheduling Office (for all classroom and computer labs)
  • Conference and Event Services (for all special function spaces)

These areas will have room schedules for the week of November 12-15 for student breakout rooms, classrooms and computer labs, and special function spaces should additional bookings become necessary.
