I am incredibly proud to announce the latest honorary doctorate recipients as part of MacEwan University’s Fall 2024 Convocation ceremonies.

David Mowat and Angus Watt will each be awarded a Doctor of the University, honoris causa.

I am incredibly pleased that these individuals have accepted an honorary degree from our university. Their commitment to their community and success as business leaders is inspiring.

Recipients will speak to graduates during our convocation ceremonies on November 13:

  • Angus Watt will speak at 9:30 a.m.
  • David Mowat will speak at 2:30 p.m.
