Fall 2024 Convocation is scheduled for Wednesday, November 13 at the Winspear Centre for Music.

Faculty are welcome to RSVP and rent regalia using the link here.

Deadline – October 23

Orders received after October 23 will not be accepted. A select number of general gowns and hoods will be available the day of the ceremony to accommodate some late RSVPs.

A kind reminder that we are using a third-party vendor to rent regalia. We do our best to accommodate all orders, however, substitutions are sometimes made by the vendor if hoods/gowns are not available.

Further details will be provided to  faculty who have completed the form closer to Convocation.
