Lane Closures on 104 Avenue Between 107 Street and 109 Street 

On or around May 27, 2024, Marigold Infrastructure Partners will begin road work on the north side of 104 Avenue between 107 Street and 109 Street.

To accommodate this, traffic on 104 Avenue between 107 Street and 109 Street will be shifted south away from the work zone. On 104 Avenue two lanes of traffic in either direction will be maintained.

Pedestrian access will be maintained; however, detours may be implemented. Please follow detour signs.

Construction will occur during the day (7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday – Saturday and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sundays).

This work is expected to last until the end of September.

To accommodate this work, the public will be impacted in the following areas:

Drivers:

  • Traffic on 104 Avenue between 107 Street and 109 Street will be shifted south away from the work zone.
  • Two lanes of traffic in either direction will be maintained on 104 Avenue between 107 Street and 109 Street.
  • Traffic on 104 Avenue between 107 Street and 109 Street has been permanently reduced to two lanes in either direction.

Pedestrians:

  • The east crosswalk across 104 Avenue on 109 Street will be closed. Please use the west crosswalk.
  • Detours will be in place. Please follow project wayfinding signage.

Other impacts for all phases:

  • There will be noise and vibration associated with this work. Every effort will be made to reduce the impact to the public.
