  • Update: MacEwan Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP)

MacEwan’s EFAP provider remains TELUS Health; however, as it is now in partnership with Desjardins Insurance, there will be a change in contact information. Attached is the updated wallet card with the current information and the NEW phone number: 1-877-455-3561. EFAP continues to provide private, confidential mental health and wellbeing support for you and your dependents 24 hours, 7 days week.

  • New: GreenShield’s Change4Life health portal

New to MacEwan, this is an all-in-one, online path to achieving better health and winning great rewards that can be accessed by logging into your online GreenShield+ account. The health portal is a comprehensive resource that supports healthy life choices by providing you with personalized tips, easy-to-use online tools, and important information. The Change4Life fact sheet is attached for your reference. If you have not yet done so, you can register at GreenShield+; please ensure to use “MAC” in front of your MacEwan ID#.

  • Reminder: Headversity

MacEwan employees have access to an innovative personal tool, Headversity. Headversity is a mobile app that is designed to help anyone think, feel and be better both personally and professionally. Think of having a personalized, anonymous resilience trainer in your pocket! To access this tool, download the Headversity app and use access code MCWNS2.
