Cybersecurity awareness is critically required to have a secure cyberspace. Being aware of the dangers of browsing the web, social medias, checking email and interacting online are all components of cybersecurity awareness.
The Department of Computer Science will present Elevating Cybersecurity Vigilance on February 9, 2024, from 9 to 11 a.m. in room 6-212.
This talk is a part of the Understanding Cybersecurity Series (UCS) and presented by Dr. Arash Habibi Lashkari, a Canada Research Chair in Cybersecurity, a senior member of IEEE and an assistant professor at York University.
The event is hosted by the CyberSecurity Group (CSG), Department of Computer Science of the Faculty of Arts and Science, and all students and faculty are welcome to participate in this event.
