Reminder! As of January 1, 2024, Microsoft Teams Chat content will be reduced to 30 days of chat history and will maintain 30 days of chat history going forward.

The Teams Chat retention policy supports proper records management, protecting the University’s information, and lowering the risk of incidents or harm caused by information being kept forever.
