December 6 is the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women. On this day, we remember the women who were murdered at Polytechnique Montreal in 1989 and come together to mourn and take action towards a better future.
From December 4 to 8, 14 locations across campus will have commemorative installations for each of the 14 women who lost their lives on December 6, 1989.
The Office of Sexual Violence Prevention, Education and Response invites you to take a walk across campus to visit each installation and to take a white ribbon to show your support.
