MacEwan University welcomes new faculty to our New Faculty Orientation! Join us for an opportunity to build community and learn about the essentials for your career teaching at MacEwan University. We are so excited to welcome you!

Don’t consider yourself new? We are including all faculty and staff, hired since July 1, 2022, in orientation this year (for those who missed the opportunity last year). We want to give everyone a chance for an in-person welcome, and community-building experience.

Continuing/Tenured-track specific: 

MacEwan University welcomes new full-time faculty to our New Faculty Orientation! Join us for a day of programming on August 30, 2023, including: 

  • Insight from student and faculty panellists 
  • Information Fair highlighting what support MacEwan has to offer its faculty and students 
  • A cocktail reception with our President and Provost 
  • A campus tour

Sessional specific: 

MacEwan University welcomes new sessional faculty to our New Faculty Orientation! Join us in one of our sessions that best suit your availability (either August 31, 2023, or September 12, 2023) for an opportunity to build community and learn about the essentials for your career teaching at MacEwan.
