Are you interested in having a peer observation of your teaching conducted in the fall, or are you interested in becoming a peer observer?

The Centre for Teaching and Learning’s Peer Observation of Teaching program is intended to provide instructors with formative, non-judgmental feedback. Our peer observation process is grounded in appreciative inquiry. As such, we want to celebrate the best of what is building upon instructors’ successes and strengths while providing targeted, actionable, and research-informed support. The process is friendly, collegial, and confidential.

Register for this session on July 27 to learn more about the process, including what to expect and how you can request a peer observation of teaching. You will also learn how you can train to become a peer observer.
