The Downtown Campus Block Party is BACK on Friday, September 8, on 108 Street from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Block Party is one of the most anticipated and best-attended events of the year — a time when new students meet new friends, returning students reunite with old friends, and staff and faculty have the chance to reconnect with cross-campus counterparts and community members.
This is the perfect opportunity to showcase our campus, and we are looking for internal departments and student groups to join us on-site!
THERE IS NO COST for internal vendors to participate on a few conditions:
- Internal vendors will have to sign off on our rules, regulations and policies.
- All vendors are required to give a 48-hour notice for all cancellations.
- All vendors must offer some kind of giveaway, activity or some kind of value-added experience for patrons and will need to provide a description of what is being planned on the vendor application. All applications will be reviewed and approved by the Block Party committee.
- All vendors will be provided with a table and two chairs with their reservation, and they will be expected to provide any other supplies, setup or decor needed for their booth.

- NOTE: Select the 10×10 stall size option
- Use the Coupon Code: MCINTBLKPTY23
- NOTE: This code will only waive the fees for a standard 10×10 stall. If you require more space, you will have to pay the remainder of the cost.
- Once your application is submitted, an event coordinator will follow up with you within seven days and give you an update on the status of your application.
