Preparatory Works 104 Avenue Between 107 Street and 109 Street
Area 2
On or around July 4, 2023, Marigold Infrastructure Partners will begin work to prepare the area of 104 Avenue between 107 Street and 109 Street, as well as 109 Street north and south of the 104 Avenue intersection, for upcoming drainage activities. This will include the installation of temporary streetlights and traffic signals, the removal of concrete sidewalks and medians, and then temporary repaving of the area. Once this work is complete, traffic can be shifted onto this cleared space allowing drainage work to begin. (Lane Closures on 104 Avenue Between 107 Street and 109 Street)
This work will be performed in several phases during overnight hours (7 p.m. to 6 a.m.) only. During daytime hours, traffic lanes will be re-opened. Pedestrian detours will remain in place until work is completed.

This work is expected to last three weeks (one week for temporary streetlight and traffic signal installation and two weeks for concrete removals and temporary repaving).
