On or around May 26, Marigold Infrastructure Partners will begin drainage works on 104 Avenue between 107 Street and 109 Street.

To accommodate this work, traffic on 104 Avenue between 107 Street and 109 Street will be shifted away from the work site and reduced to two lanes in either direction. This lane reduction will be permanent in order to accommodate the footprint of the Valley Line West LRT. Traffic on 109 Street at the 104 Avenue intersection will also be shifted away from the work zone and reduced to two lanes in either direction. Pedestrian access will be maintained; however, detours may be implemented. Please follow the project wayfinding signage. This work will be performed in four phases with approximately two weeks in each phase. Construction will occur during the day (between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m., Mondays through Saturdays and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sundays).
