This study is being conducted by student Madison Karpiak (wesenbergm2@mymacewan.ca) as part of her undergraduate thesis research, under the supervision of Dr. Sandy Jung at MacEwan University (sandy.jung@macewan.ca). The participant pool will include up to 120 university/college staff members across several Albertan post-secondary institutions.

This study has been reviewed and cleared by the MacEwan Research Ethics Board (MREB) (Approval # 102004).
