MacEwan Residence is excited for our annual Fall Move-in Day on September 2 in the Allard Hall Atrium from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. We will be welcoming over 600 residents, and we need your help!

We are looking for volunteers for the following positions:

  • Greeters in Allard Hall and MacEwan Residence
    Responsible for welcoming parents and residents and providing information/directions.
  • Move-in bin booth attendants by the Elder Jerry Wood Atrium
    Responsible for issuing move-in bins to residents and tracking their use/return.

Email us at residence@macewan.ca if you wish to volunteer and please include your availability on Friday, September 2. Snacks and refreshments will be provided! Be part of our residents’ move-in experience. It is one of the busiest days on campus you would not want to miss!
