The mêskanâs project team is now preparing for the second round of the faculty course conversion process.

  1. What does the second round of faculty course conversion mean? What do I have to do?

If you are teaching a Spring/Summer 2022 undergraduate course in Blackboard, and would like the course converted to mêskanâs, you must ensure it is available in Blackboard by June 27. Spring/Summer 2022 available, undergraduate courses will be captured for conversion from June 28 to 30. Available courses are those courses that an instructor has selected “yes” to make available to students. Undergraduate courses are those courses scheduled in PeopleSoft that are not extension or continuing education courses.

  2. I already submitted my course by the May 1 deadline for course conversion (for courses taught in Spring/Summer 2021, Fall 2021, or Winter 2022). What happens now?

If you have already submitted your course for conversion by May 1, you should receive email confirmation from mêskanâs_course_conversion indicating that your courses from previous terms have been converted. You are encouraged to read the email which contains important details about accessing converted courses. If you have not received an email about conversion of your courses from Spring/Summer 2021, Fall 2021, or Winter 2022 by May 31, use the form to request that your course be converted.

  3. Still need more information?
