This is a reminder to all faculty that course conversion of Blackboard courses to mêskanâs is now in process. We are working to have everything ready for fall and if you have not already checked about your course, we need to hear from you as soon as possible.

If you need assistance converting your courses, here are your options:

  1. If your undergraduate course was offered in Spring/Summer 2021, Fall 2021, or Winter 2022 terms, and was available* on May 2, 2022, it would have been captured for conversion by the vendor.
  2. If your Blackboard course was taught prior to Spring/Summer 2021 or is not an undergraduate course (e.g., template or resource course), complete this form to have your course converted.
  3. If you are teaching a Spring/Summer 2022 undergraduate course in Blackboard, ensure it is available by June 27. Spring/Summer 2022 undergraduate courses will be captured for conversion on June 28–30.

*Available courses are those courses that an instructor has selected “yes” to make available to students. Undergraduate courses are those courses scheduled in PeopleSoft that are not extension or continuing education courses. A Blackboard course could be an individual section taught by a particular instructor or a merged course. When a course is converted to mêskanâs, the original version will remain in Blackboard.
