The new digital learning environment, paskwâwi-mostos mêskanâs, combined with the growth of hybrid learning at MacEwan signals an opportunity to think about your course design from the bottom up.

Build high-impact practices, open educational resources and asynchronous learning into your course for more flexible and engaging learning experiences.

This four-day institute combines in-person learning in the morning with offline or asynchronous activities in the afternoon. A mix of instruction, discussion, one-on-one support, and individual and team-based activities will teach you a modular approach to integrating outcomes, content, activities, and assessment for building a course that you can scale up and also use for other courses.

Please note that attendance is required for each of the four days in order to complete the course and receive the certificate.
