Microsoft recently published a document on best practices for large meetings and webinars. There are some great suggestions in the article, including:
- Pre-configure your meetings (e.g., disable mics/cameras for attendees)
- Set up presenters with proper access
- Take advantage of tools to communicate before event (e.g., chat, forms, etc.)
- Make events more interactive by taking advantage of tools like Q&A, Forms, different views, etc.
