In these extraordinary times, taking care of our mental health enables us to thrive. One way to do this is by learning more about how to recognize and cultivate mental wellbeing.

The Working Mind is a half-day, virtual program designed to address and promote mental health and reduce mental illness stigma in the workplace. This course is open to all MacEwan faculty, staff and out-of-scope team members.

In this session, you will learn:

  • Facts about mental health
  • How to develop the ability to recognize symptoms of declining mental health in yourself and others
  • How to enhance your capacity for self-care
  • How you can support the creation of workplace wellbeing and health

This session will be on Tuesday, October 19 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. For more information and to register, visit the MacEwan Life website.
