Join MacEwan’s in-house plant enthusiast, Dr. Tan Bao, as he shares tips and tricks for propagating house plants. He’ll guide you through common propagation techniques including cutting, layering and splitting.

We encourage everyone to prep the materials ahead of time and to follow along at home. Necessary materials include a pot, soil and a plant you would like to propagate.
