MacEwan University’s Pride Week is an annual event meant to celebrate the diversity, beauty and resiliency of LGBTQ2S+ communities in and around Edmonton. Taking place entirely online this year, sessions will be a blend of live and pre-recorded events, and there promises to be something for everyone.

With a special focus on intersectionality, and in collaboration with NorQuest College, Concordia University Edmonton, and NAIT, it will be a Pride Week like no other.

Whether you want to listen to poetry by Edmonton’s Poet Laureate Nisha Patel, learn about best practices in inclusive housing on campuses across western Canada or get your party pants on for a drag extravaganza with Fruit Loop on Friday night, we know you’ll find something you love during the week!

These events will be engaging and entertaining, they are all open to the public and they are free to attend. Space is limited in some events so be sure to register early!
