Even though our doors are closed, Sport and Wellness understands the importance of staying active during these stressful times.

We are offering free access now to our virtual classes for anyone who registers for the Winter Fabulous Four program by December 11. Virtual classes include our Value-Added classes and Workout of the Day (WOD) until December 18, plus Fitness on Demand, a 24/7 virtual fitness platform you can experience anywhere, until January 4.

Membership programs

Fabulous FOUR | Jan. 7 – May 6 | $225
An employee membership to MUSW for the duration, including access to Value-Added classes, fitness centre, gym, pool and a discount on registered programs. Registration for one registered group fitness course of your choosing, in-person or virtual. Include your choice (options below) in the additional note section of the Access to Learning form.

Three Workout of the Day (WOD) Training Drop-ins. WOD is a coached, small-group workout with one of our trainers. The workout and the trainer will change each week. Registration in one workshop. Include your choice in the additional note section of the Access to Learning form.

Fitness courses and classes

Registered: Barre Fitness*, Hatha Yoga*, Pilates*, Cardio Box*, WOD small-group training.

Value-Added Fitness: Spin, aerobic and strength classes*. Included with membership and Fabulous Four.

Aquatic courses and classes

Value-Added Classes: Deep and Shallow Water Fitness. Included with membership and Fabulous Four.
