Hey Everyone,

So close to the end of the semester!

It’s the last week of classes and since you will already be at school, check out the afternoon fitness classes! A personal favourite of mine is Friday’s Final Cut class at noon! It’s the best way to start your weekend and get that extra boost of energy. Especially when you will be stuck sitting and studying for finals soon. It’s an efficient class that you won’t feel bad about taking a break from studying to do it. Less than an hour of your time and you really break a sweat. I hope to make it there this Friday and I hope I see some of you there too!

Just don’t forget to take care of yourself during this extremely stressful time. Getting out and doing any physical activity will also help your brain… see it’s justified. You all have within you everything you need to get what you want accomplished. Have a great last week of classes.
