It is March….well that escalated quickly. I know it is that point in the semester where we all tend to start burning out and fading. It’s exhausting, but we just need to make it a little while longer before we are finished the semester! That’s a whole lot closer then it appears, people. Plus, now all those papers you’ve been putting off are going to be due soon. I’d really get an A+ in procrastination. However when I do procrastinate, I usually want to do something productive like clean my place or go to the gym. Never ever miss a gym session. It makes you feel a lot better physically and mentally, and might be exactly what you need before crushing all those assignments and papers.

Turbo Knockout classes on Monday and Wednesday nights are so good! If you want to do an effective and efficient workout, that’s the class to do. It incorporates everything– HIIT training, cardio, Tabata, kickboxing and weights. Really what more can you ask for. Plus the instructor, Cindy, who I have talked about before, is simply exceptional. I’ve known her for almost four years and her classes never disappoint. So if you have an hour, which I know you do (Netflix and YouTube), come and checkout the class!

Trust me, I have done this a long time and it is possible to make the time for yourself. In fact at this point in the semester, I encourage you to do something that makes you happy at least once a day. School can be extremely stressful, and as most of my classmates will know, I try to cope with humor and fitness. I know it is hard to be motivated, but I believe that you have within you everything you need to succeed.
