The Working Mind is a half-day, virtual program designed to address and promote mental health and reduce mental illness stigma in the workplace.

In this session, you will learn:

  •  Facts about mental health
  • How to develop the ability to recognize symptoms of declining mental health in yourself and others
  • How to enhance your capacity for self-care
  • How you can support the creation of workplace well being and health.
