Recent improvements to the redesigned MacEwan Help Centre (MHC) includes a new interface and more advanced search results.

The help centre is now broken into three areas:

  1. Knowledge base search. Find articles on solutions to common problems.
  2. Report a problem/Ask a question. When you can’t find an answer in the knowledge base, submit your information through one of our forms. Your submission will automatically create a troubleshooting ticket and be assigned to a support specialist.
  3. Request a service. Specific tasks (e.g., create a Microsoft Team, software request or order a new mobile device) are easily identifiable.

Users can view their open tickets and track any responses. Live chat is also available on the MHC. Get started by visiting https://helpcentre.macewan.ca.
