As we continue to navigate the pandemic, the safety of our community remains our top priority. Because there is a lot of information surrounding COVID-19 restrictions, the university has created an online guide to help you learn about what MacEwan is doing to reduce the risks of transmission and the role that we all play in keeping ourselves and others safe.

The online guide, Navigating Campus During COVID-19, was developed for students, but is available for employees to self-enrol through Blackboard. The guide will assist you in understanding the health and safety measures and requirements in place on campus, and features resources and scenarios to help navigate and make decisions related to real-world situations.

The course will take about 15 minutes to complete. To access the course:

  1. Log into Blackboard.
  2. Select “Self-Enroll Courses.”
  3. Select “Navigating Campus During COVID19 Guidebook” under the Health, Safety & Environment heading.
  4. Click “Submit.”

If you have trouble accessing the course, contact Technology Support at techsupport@macewan.ca. If you have any questions about the safety of our campus or in-person delivery, please contact your faculty or school or our Health, Safety & Environment Office at hse@macewan.ca.
