In these extraordinary times, taking care of our mental health enables us to thrive. One way to take care of ourselves is by learning more about how to recognize and cultivate mental well-being. The Working Mind is a half-day, virtual program designed to address and promote mental health and reduce mental illness stigma in the workplace. This course is open to all MacEwan faculty, staff and out-of-scope team members.

In this session, you will learn:

  • Facts about mental health
  • How to develop the ability to recognize symptoms of declining mental health in yourself and others
  • How to enhance your capacity for self-care
  • How you can support the creation of workplace well-being and health

The first session for this year will be on Bell Let’s Talk Day, January 28, 2021, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
