Electronic Forms Efficiency Project

Submitted by on 2020/01/29 – 8:30 am

The Electronic Forms Efficiency Project is a forms redevelopment project, whereby various forms currently in use at MacEwan University will be evaluated to identify the opportunity and effort required to redevelop some of the forms using an electronic forms management solution.

The objective of the project is to improve the efficiency of many of these forms and business processes through the use of technology to automate forms usage, distribution, approval workflow, and where possible, data integration with backend administrative systems.

There are a large number of forms in use across the university and the project team will consult with various forms and business process owners to complete the evaluation of all of these forms. Project team members have already begun contacting forms owners. Most of the forms reside in the Forms Cabinet, however if you have a form currently in use that is not in the Forms Cabinet, please contact the project team at forms@macewan.ca.
