Budget Town Halls – October 31
The university community is invited to attend an information session to learn more about the recent provincial budget and its impact on the university. Transparency and timeliness are our key principles as we navigate through these changes. Two town halls will take place this Thursday, October 31 rather than next week as indicated in last week’s Globalmail.
John McGrath, acting president, and Dr. Craig Monk, provost and vice-president, Academic will present an overview of the grant reductions and how they will affect our budget in the immediate and short term.
Two sessions are scheduled in order to give as many people as possible a chance to attend. If you are unable to attend, information will be shared through Globalmail post the sessions.
