Friday, November 8 | 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

The environment in which we live and work is changing rapidly, and many organizations are having to adapt to changing needs and demands by government, industry and students. If you have a leadership role within your department or team, it is critical for you to learn how to support both organizational priorities and employee needs throughout the change process. This one-day workshop will cover topics such as recognizing the stages of loss and transition, communicating change, and tips for reducing resistance and increasing acceptance. Set yourself and your team up for success by learning strategies for maintaining team morale and productivity in uncertain times. To use your PD fund to take this course, click here.
