Blood Donation Clinic – Oct. 9

Submitted by on 2019/10/02 – 8:30 am

Are you interested in donating blood? Canadian Blood Services will be in the Dr. David W. Atkinson Gymnasium (Building 8, Court A), taking blood donations from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on October 9.

All blood donations are greatly appreciated and will go towards helping cancer patients, transplant recipients and accident victims. For these people and so many more, a timely transfusion of blood can make a lifesaving difference.

Half of all Canadians will either need blood or know someone who needs it. The need is constant. Donating blood is something you can do today to ensure someone else is waking up healthy tomorrow.

If you are interested in donating blood, or to find out if you’re eligible to donate, please drop by on October 9 during the Blood Drive.

Thanks for choosing to make a difference! Learn more about giving blood from Canadian Blood Services.
