New digital signage submission process
MacEwan University’s Retail Services has partnered with the Office of Marketing and Communications (OCM) to standardize digital signage across campus, and as part of this process, we’ve announcing a new submission form.
We will now accept artwork submissions online through MacEwan myPORTAL, rather than over email, streamlining the submission process for our contributors.
The digital signage submission process is managed by Retail Services and all submissions will continue to be reviewed by OCM.
In addition, we have developed a handy set of Digital Signage Submission Guidelines, as well as Digital Signage Best Practices, to assist content managers and creators to develop effective digital communications. All of this information is located on the OCM myPortal department page:
