MacEwan Eats: Allard Hall food cart receives new name
About a month ago, we unveiled a new (and quickly appreciated) addition to Allard Hall — a shiny, mobile food cart. It’s already become a lunchtime destination for MacEwan University’s students, staff and faculty to grab drinks, treats and eats on the go. At the same time, we announced a contest to name the cart, for a chance to win a $100 MacEwan Eats dining card.
After receiving more than 200 awesome (and often hilarious) entries, we are excited to announce the cart’s official new moniker. It’s been dubbed The MunchMobile.
In a fun twist, the winning name was submitted by more than one person! Both MacEwan student Angel Aseoche and MacEwan staff member Lee Dreger submitted MunchMobile. Congratulations to both of our winners; we hope you enjoy your free meals!
